Clifford Harris Jr. or better known as T.I, a rapper from Atlanta is out of securities fraud charges in relation to promoting FLiK ICO. The case where T.I. was charged for a fraudulent pump and dump ICO scheme was dismissed by the United States Court of Northern Georgia.

However, two others charged, businessman Ryan Felton and comedy actor Kevin Hart are still not been cleared of the charge. Reportedly, all three were accused of causing investors a lost of $2 million to the scam scheme which they promoted.

“The plaintiffs have merely alleged that Harris encouraged his Twitter followers to visit the website for the FLiK ICO. They have not provided any statements from Harris about the value of the FLiK tokens. The facts as pleaded do not rise to the level of particularity required.”
